Role Description The Call Auditing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The intern will listen to and review recorded calls, assess call quality against predefined criteria, and document observations in a structured format. Daily tasks include tagging and categorizing calls, identifying areas of improvement in communication and process adherence, and preparing concise reports or dashboards for internal stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with trainers and operational teams to share insights, support quality improvement initiatives, and help refine scripts and call guidelines. This role also involves maintaining confidentiality of data, following internal compliance standards, and supporting administrative tasks related to call audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to objectively evaluate call quality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets or simple reporting tools.
- Ability to follow defined processes, work with checklists, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort working in a structured, on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in quality assurance, training, customer service, or operations; prior internship exposure is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any discipline; willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality of learner and partner data.
