Role Description The Business Sales Manager – Home Loan is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for generating and managing home loan business through direct sales, partner channels, and customer referrals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospects, explaining loan products and eligibility, guiding customers through documentation, and coordinating with banking partners or internal teams for approvals. The manager will track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends to drive growth and meet targets. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Management skills, including planning, target setting, and team or stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial information, assess customer eligibility, and analyze market and sales data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear guidance throughout the loan process.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets in financial services or related sectors.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain complex loan products and negotiate with customers and partners.
- Relevant experience in home loans, banking, or financial products is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
