Role Description The Business Manager role at Trinetraa Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Rupnagar. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, including planning and monitoring logistics activities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. This role involves managing key accounts, analyzing business performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and service quality. The Business Manager will collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams, manage vendor and partner relationships, and support strategic initiatives to drive growth. The position also includes responsibility for maintaining compliance with company policies, ensuring process discipline, and implementing best practices in logistics management.
Qualifications
- Strong business operations and logistics management skills, with experience in coordinating transportation, scheduling, and supply chain activities.
- Proficiency in analytical and planning skills, including business data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Effective client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sound organizational and leadership abilities, including team coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools and business software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP or logistics management systems) to manage operations and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced education or certifications in logistics or operations are an advantage.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is preferred, especially in an on-site operational environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Rupnagar, with flexibility to handle operational requirements and occasional extended hours when business needs arise.
