About The Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and business-oriented professional ,with good sense of design, art and product design. This opening is for for our new venture
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of art, decorative products, lifestyle accessories, materials, colours, textures, and current market trends. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative décor and accessory concepts while identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Art Décor & Accessories curation
- Develop creative concepts and designs for art décor, home décor, and lifestyle accessories.
- Design and develop decorative products, artefacts, sculptures, wall art, table accessories, and other lifestyle products.
- Research current design trends, materials, colours, finishes, and market preferences.
- Prepare mood boards, design presentations, sketches, and product concepts.
- Coordinate with vendors, artisans, craftsmen, and manufacturers for product development.
- Ensure quality, design consistency, and timely execution of products.
- Explore innovative materials and techniques to develop unique product collections.
- Business Development & Insta marketing
- Manage insta handle and create posts and reels to engage clients.
- Develop new business opportunities in the art décor and accessories segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, decorators, corporate clients, and retail partners.
- Present product collections and proposals to potential clients.
- Market Research & Coordination
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new product categories and business expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal design, production, procurement, and sales teams.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Product Design, Interior Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in Art Décor, Accessories Design, Product design / Communication design.
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant design software such as Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is preferred.
- Strong market awareness and commercial understanding.
