💼 Your Role
• Connect with business owners
• Identify their digital marketing needs
• Introduce WebXCapital’s services
• Generate & qualify leads
• Schedule meetings with our team
• Follow up with prospects
• Help convert qualified leads into clients
🎯 What We Expect
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Strong relationship-building ability
• Consistent prospecting & follow-ups
• Access to a network of business owners is a big plus
• Professional and target-oriented approach
📊 Performance Targets
• 20+ new prospects/day
• 10+ meaningful conversations/day
• 2+ meetings/week
• Target: 2–3+ client conversions/month
💰 Earnings
Performance-based commission
• 15% on the first month's collected fee for recurring services
• 10% on collected one-time projects
• Additional performance incentives may apply
No advanced digital marketing experience required. Training, sales material and WebXCapital team support will be provided.
