WE’RE HIRING | STUDENT MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
📍 Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
🏢 Work Mode: In-office / Field Marketing
🎓 Eligibility: Current college students only (MBA)
Penta Byte Labs is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and business-minded student to join our team as a Student Marketing & Business Development Lead for one of our in-house products.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, client acquisition and business development while working closely with our leadership team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Pitch and promote our in-house product to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Generate leads, coordinate product demonstrations and follow up with prospects.
- Contribute to customer acquisition and business growth.
🔹 Who Can Apply?
- Must be a current college student, preferably pursuing an MBA (2nd or 3rd year preferred).
- Must be based in Mysuru and available for local field visits.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident in approaching potential clients and presenting ideas.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Self-motivated, professional and target-oriented.
💼 Compensation & Growth
- Commission-based compensation with no fixed monthly salary.
- Earnings based on successful client conversions.
