Astraleus Services Pvt. Ltd. (ASPL) is expanding its presence across India and is looking for experienced professionals from the Inspection, Certification, Assessment, and Conformity Assessment industry to join our growing team.
About Astraleus
Astraleus Services Pvt. Ltd. is a NABCB-accredited Inspection Body under ISO/IEC 17020 and Certification Body under ISO/IEC 17021.
Our current and expanding portfolio includes:
- Accredited: ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Under accreditation / extension process: ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 17065 (NPOP)
- FSSAI: Under re-engagement/re-accreditation process for Third-Party Inspection activities
- Medical Devices: Under process for recognition/approval as a CDSCO Notified Body
- MSME ZED: QCI-empanelled Assessment Body for ZED Certification, with a strong PAN-India presence
As part of our next phase of growth, we are inviting applications for the following positions:
1. National Head – Business Development
Eligibility & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification industry.
- Strong business development experience in accredited management system certification services, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 27001, NPOP, and other relevant conformity assessment schemes.
- Graduate in any discipline; higher/professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Should have worked on National level / regional-level Business Development role in an accredited Inspection/Certification Body.
- Strong understanding of the requirements and functioning of accreditation bodies and conformity assessment organizations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, lead regional/state-level business development teams, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and business growth targets.
- Strong industry network and client relationships.
2. Regional Business Development Manager
Eligibility & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of Business Development experience in the Inspection & Certification sector.
- Experience in marketing and business development of ISO certification, inspection, assessment and related conformity assessment services.
- Should have previously worked as a State Manager / Senior Business Development Manager or equivalent position in an Inspection or Certification Body.
- Ability to manage and develop business across multiple states/territories.
- Strong relationships with industries, consultants, corporate clients and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to lead State Business Development Managers and achieve regional targets.
3. State Business Development Manager
Eligibility & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience in the Inspection & Certification sector.
- Experience in business development for ISO Certification, Inspection, Assessment and related services.
- Good knowledge of the industrial and business environment of the respective state.
- Strong client network and ability to develop new business independently.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

We are looking for professionals who can contribute to the growth of Astraleus across multiple states and regions of India.
Candidates currently working with NABCB-accredited Certification Bodies, Inspection Bodies, Testing/Inspection/Certification (TIC) organizations, or other recognized conformity assessment organizations will be preferred.
