nickPat Media, Maharashtra's leading talent management & influencer marketing agency for Marathi creators, is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team.
If you love building brand relationships, closing deals, and working with India's fastest-growing regional creator ecosystem — we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Identify and reach out to potential brand clients
- Pitch influencer marketing campaigns and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term brand relationships
- Coordinate with internal talent and campaign teams
- Track leads, follow-ups, and revenue targets
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of influencer marketing / digital media (preferred)
- Campaign planning and time management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
