We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative who wants more than just another sales job.
At Atluxe.ai, we’re building a new-age luxury interiors and construction business where technology meets design, execution and premium customer experience.
And we’re not starting from zero.
Atluxe is backed by the experience and design legacy of NSN Studio Divine, an established luxury design organisation with over two decades of experience across India and international markets. NSN’s work spans luxury residences, commercial spaces, architecture, turnkey execution and bespoke interior solutions.

• Build relationships with real estate developers, brokers, channel partners and HNI clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build your own network and sales pipeline
• Work directly on premium residential and commercial opportunities
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions
• Help shape our business-development process as we scale
• Grow with the company and take on greater responsibility as the team expands
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Real estate experience is mandatory.
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
✅ Existing relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners or premium clients
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Hunger to build relationships and generate business
✅ Excellent follow-up and closing ability
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
✅ HNI / luxury residential sales experience will be an advantage
