🚀 WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – US IT SERVICES amp; STAFF AUGMENTATION
📍 Location: Remote

ALIQAN Technologies is expanding into the US market! We’re looking for a driven, result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our US Go-To-Market (GTM) launch and drive business growth from the ground up.
We need a HUNTER, not just an account manager — someone who knows the US IT staffing market, has a strong professional network, and can turn connections into clients, requirements, and revenue.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Acquire new US clients for IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation amp; IT Services.
✅ Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and existing networks.
✅ Build relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, HR/TA, procurement, and vendor management teams.
✅ Generate qualified IT staffing requirements and close new business opportunities.
✅ Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and client meetings to MSA signing, closures, and account growth.
✅ Explore MSP/VMS programs, prime vendors, and staffing partnerships.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔸 5–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
🔸 Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in US IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or IT Services sales preferred.
🔸 Proven track record of acquiring US clients and generating revenue.
🔸 Strong existing US business network and excellent communication skills.
🔸 Hands-on experience with US client acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures.
🔸 A self-driven professional with a hunter mindset and a strong focus on targets.
