Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Industry: Fire Protection & Life Safety Systems
Location: Mahad / Mumbai, Maharashtra
Promantra Projects Pvt. Ltd., an A-Class Licensed Fire Protection System Integrator, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business enquiries for Fire Protection & Life Safety Systems.
- Develop business with industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, PMCs, architects, and government organizations.
- Identify upcoming industrial and commercial projects through market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Promote the company's capabilities in Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Foam, MVWS, Fire Alarm & Detection, Gas Suppression, and Fire NOC Consultancy.
- Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation and tender submissions.
- Conduct technical presentations and client meetings.
- Track enquiries from lead generation to order finalization.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare periodic business development reports and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or MBA in Marketing.
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Industrial Sales.
- Experience in Fire Protection Systems, MEP, HVAC, Industrial EPC, or Building Services will be preferred.
- Strong network with consultants, PMCs, industries, and EPC contractors is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
