Position: Business Development Manager – Advertising & Production
Experience: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with advertising agencies, brands, corporates and creative agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Creative Directors, Account Directors and Agency Producers.
- Generate leads and convert them into production projects.
- Handle pitching, client meetings, proposals, estimates and commercial negotiations.
- Drive business for TVCs, Digital Films, Print Campaigns, Product Films, CGI, AI Video, AI Print, Photography and End-to-End Production.
- Maintain a structured CRM and regularly track leads, follow-ups, proposals and closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify upcoming campaigns, product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative, production and finance teams to ensure smooth project conversion and execution.
- Develop long-term relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–6 years of experience in advertising, production, creative agency, media or related business development.
- Strong existing network within advertising agencies and brands will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of advertising production and agency workflows.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
- Target-oriented, proactive and commercially driven.
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai's advertising and production ecosystem.
