We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – IT Staffing
Tech5Sages is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive client acquisition and business growth in the IT Staffing space.
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🌍 Preferred Locations: Delhi NCR & nearby | Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore | Kolkata
⚠️ Note: We are currently not hiring from Hyderabad.
What will you be responsible for?
- Drive new client acquisition in the IT staffing space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and decision-makers.
- Identify and gather new IT staffing requirements from clients.
- Drive client empanelment and vendor onboarding with organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Understand client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful closures.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Talent Solutions.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing ecosystem and client acquisition process.
- Existing relationships with IT companies, GCCs, enterprises, or technology organizations will be a strong advantage.
- Candidates with a strong and active client portfolio are especially encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently develop new business opportunities.
