Business Development Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Including Traveling Allowance's)

We are expanding our presence across Maharashtra and are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive regional growth and build strong relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit colleges, institutes, and corporate organizations across the assigned territory.
* Promote and pitch SkillDzire's EdTech programs and solutions.
* Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
* Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and key decision-makers.
* Convert leads into business and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Develop and execute territory-level business development strategies.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
* Travel frequently within the assigned territory for business development activities.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales, with prior EdTech industry experience preferred/required.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
* Target-driven attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable with frequent travel and independent field work.
* Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
* Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
