🚨 WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A leading personal care and cosmetics manufacturer specializing in private label and contract manufacturing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and revenue.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with brands and clients.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
• Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, Personal Care, Private Label, or Contract Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.
