Hexawarre Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing team.
💼 Position: IT Sales / Business Development
⏳ Experience: 5+ Years
📌 Work Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Commission Basis
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Software Services Sales
• Proven experience in acquiring and closing Web Development, Mobile App Development & Custom Software Development projects
• Strong understanding of the IT services & software outsourcing industry
• International client-handling experience will be highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, CRM, cold outreach & B2B lead generation
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation & client-management skills
• Good understanding of project pricing, proposal preparation & commercial negotiations
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of sales targets
• Existing client network / IT project connections will be a strong advantage

Generate qualified leads, build client relationships, convert opportunities, and close software development projects.
