About the Role
KK Techno Solutions is strengthening its Industrial Projects business and is looking for a Business Development Manager who can develop relationships across the industrial project ecosystem.
This is not a conventional product-sales position. The role is focused on identifying projects early, building consultant relationships, influencing appropriate engineering solutions and developing long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with Industrial Architects, MEP Consultants, PMCs, EPCs and Factory Consultants.
- Connect with Project Heads, Plant Engineering, CAPEX and other industrial decision-makers.
- Identify greenfield, brownfield and expansion projects at an early stage.
- Understand utility requirements and coordinate with the KKTS engineering team for solution development.
- Generate opportunities for compressed air, nitrogen/oxygen generation, aluminium piping, air treatment and critical power systems.
- Support consultant specifications, BOQs, technical discussions and vendor registrations.
- Build and maintain a structured project and consultant pipeline.
- Coordinate opportunities from initial engagement through RFQ, proposal and order conversion.
- Travel regularly across Delhi NCR and industrial locations.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years of B2B/project business-development experience with strong exposure to industrial projects
- . Existing relationships with architects, MEP consultants, PMCs, EPCs, industrial developers or manufacturing companies will be a major advantage
- .The candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, commercial understanding and enough technical aptitude to discuss engineered industrial solutions confidently

Compensation: ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month + performance incentives + travel/conveyance as per company policy
