Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
About QYUBIC
QYUBIC is a performance marketing ecosystem company helping brands reach customers and drive measurable business results across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MENA region.
Our solutions include creator marketing, affiliate partnerships, coupons and savings, rewards, and performance marketing.
QYUBIC X (QX) is our creator marketing business, helping brands turn creator partnerships into measurable business growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven sales professional to acquire new clients and grow QYUBIC X.
Working directly with the Head of Partnerships, you’ll identify prospects, engage decision-makers, pitch solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close new partnerships. You’ll have ownership of new business development and the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our creator marketing business.
Experience in influencer marketing is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome proven B2B sales professionals from digital advertising, media, marketing agencies, affiliate marketing, adtech, SaaS, and other B2B services.
The priority is your ability to win business, demonstrate commercial results and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business: Identify target brands, engage decision-makers and develop opportunities through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
- Pitch solutions: Understand client objectives and present relevant QYUBIC X offerings, including paid creator campaigns, product-exchange collaborations and performance-led partnerships.
- Develop proposals and negotiate: Recommend suitable solutions, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, deliverables and partnership terms.
- Close deals: Own opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and signed agreement, taking responsibility for commercial outcomes.
- Grow client relationships: Identify repeat business, expand partnerships and develop long-term accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records and track opportunities, deal progression, expected revenue, and sales performance.
- Coordinate handovers: Communicate signed agreements and client expectations clearly to internal teams responsible for campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
- Evidence of personally closing B2B deals, with the ability to explain your contribution and commercial outcomes.
- Experience selling services or solutions to businesses, brands or agencies.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work towards targets and operate independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
We value proven sales results and commercial ownership over years of experience alone.
Relevant Experience That Will Be an Advantage
Experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:
- Influencer marketing solutions selling, creator partnerships or talent agencies
- Digital advertising, media sales or marketing agencies
- Affiliate marketing, partnerships or performance marketing
- Adtech, martech, SaaS or other B2B services
- Sponsorships, brand partnerships or promotional solutions
Experience working with brands in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or the wider GCC/MENA region is a plus. Familiarity with commission-based partnerships, affiliate models, CPA/CPI, campaign tracking, or performance-based pricing is also beneficial.
Direct influencer marketing sales experience is preferred, not mandatory.
How Success Will Be Measured
- New clients and partnerships signed
- New contracted revenue generated
- Qualified pipeline and conversion into signed deals
- Progression of opportunities through the sales cycle
- Client activation, repeat business and account expansion
Success will be measured by business won and commercial value generated, not simply by outreach volume.
Why Join QYUBIC?
- Help build and grow QYUBIC X’s creator marketing business.
- Work directly with the Head of Partnerships and contribute to commercial growth.
- Take ownership of new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Build relationships with brands across ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, travel, food and other sectors.
- Develop expertise across creator marketing, affiliate partnerships and performance-led digital solutions.
