Job Title: FMCG Field Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand the retail presence of our organic Ghee products across grocery stores and supermarkets in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new grocery stores, supermarkets, and retail outlets in Mumbai to increase product listing.
Conduct regular store visits to take stock updates and secure repeat orders.
Build strong relationships with store owners to ensure maximum product visibility on shelves.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets to drive brand growth.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food/beverage retail sales.
Strong knowledge of local retail markets and routes across Mumbai.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Salary & Compensation:
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience) + Daily Traveling Allowance
