CADOPILAR Software Private Limited is expanding its sales team and looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships and driving business growth.
If you have experience in B2B Sales, Software Sales or Business Development and are looking for an opportunity to grow in the technology sector, we would love to hear from you!
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and other sales channels
🔹 Connect with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Manufacturers and other professional organisations
🔹 Understand customer requirements and recommend the right CAD solutions
🔹 Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations
🔹 Manage leads, follow-ups and sales opportunities through the CRM
🔹 Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners
🔹 Achieve individual and team sales objectives
🎯 WHOM WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Software Sales or Business Development preferred
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ BMS/BBA (Marketing) candidates preferred
✅ B.E./B. Tech candidates with an interest in sales may also apply
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Positive, energetic and target-oriented approach
✅ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
