Looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team at We3 Marketing (Digital Marketing Agency Startup)
📍 Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Panchavati (Adgaon Naka), Nashik
📌 Experience: 2 Years
🏢 Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency
💸 Salary: 20,000 - 25,000/Month (Fixed Amount)

What you’ll work on:
✔ Outbound lead generation (local and global)
✔ Inbound lead nurturing
✔ Client acquisition & closing
✔ Proposal presentations & pitching
✔ Reporting and pipeline management
Must-Have:
- 2 years of experience in Business Development
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in outbound prospecting & LinkedIn outreach
- Experience handling cold emails, cold calls, CRM tools, and managing sales pipelines
- Experience generating and nurturing inbound and outbound leads and closing deals in B2B or B2C sales cycles
- Knowledge of core digital marketing domains such as SEO, social media, PPC, branding, website development, and content marketing
- Experience preparing and delivering proposal presentations and sales pitches to clients
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships in a marketing agency environment
