Job Responsibilities:
• Understand students' academic requirements, preparation level, challenges, and exam timelines.
• Explain relevant courses and test series and communicate their benefits.
• Build rapport and trust with students/parents.
• Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Handle objections related to pricing, competitors, and decision-making.
• Make effective closing attempts and encourage course enrollment.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and reminders.
• Nurture leads and maintain regular follow-up until conversion.
• Provide counselling with a mentor-like and student-focused approach.
