Indian Aeronautics is building a digital aerospace and aviation industry network connecting aerospace companies, suppliers, engineering service providers, MRO organisations, professionals and business opportunities.
We are looking for a Freelance Aerospace Business Development Executive to help us expand the Indian Aeronautics network and generate genuine B2B opportunities.
🎯 Role
Freelance Aerospace Business Development Executive
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research aerospace and aviation companies, suppliers and service providers.
- Develop and maintain a prospect database.
- Contact potential companies through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other professional channels.
- Introduce Indian Aeronautics and explain its business-network value proposition.
- Encourage companies to create and maintain professional business profiles.
- Identify companies with potential RFQ, procurement, MRO or engineering requirements.
- Generate qualified business leads and RFQ opportunities.
- Develop relationships with aerospace manufacturers, suppliers, MROs, engineering companies and startups.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organised CRM/prospect pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Indian Aeronautics operations team for onboarding and verification.
- Provide weekly business-development reports.

🎓 Preferred Profile
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, engineering, manufacturing, B2B sales or business development.
- Understanding of the Indian aerospace/aviation ecosystem is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- LinkedIn prospecting experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
- Business-oriented and target-driven approach.
