Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Field Sales, Business Development & Market Expansion)

Nexinven is hiring Business Development Executives to strengthen our field operations across Odisha. This is a field-based role involving both B2B and B2C business development. This role goes beyond promoting Nexinven's services—you will also work as a market expansion partner for our FMCG and manufacturing clients, helping them establish and grow their presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development for Nexinven
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Meet business owners, startups, MSMEs, manufacturers, retailers, and corporate clients.
Present Nexinven's service portfolio and convert prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Market Development for Client Businesses
On behalf of Nexinven's FMCG and manufacturing clients, you will:
Conduct retailer visits and strengthen retailer relationships.
Identify and appoint distributors and channel partners.
Execute product sampling and promotional activities.
Conduct market surveys and gather customer insights.
Develop dealer and retailer networks.
Execute on-ground brand awareness campaigns.
Collect market intelligence and prepare field reports.
Support product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Eligibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field activities across Odisha.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, distribution, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Work Requirements
Candidates must be based in or willing to commute from Cuttack, Jajpur, Khordha, Dhenkanal, Angul, or nearby districts, and, other districts in alignment with the company's long-term operational goals.
Regular commuting is mandatory.
Field marketing, client meetings, and market development assignments across Odisha are integral to this role.
