🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (IT & AI Automation)
IterativeTech is an AI automation agency helping businesses save time and cut costs through smart workflow automation, AI agents, and custom integrations — and we're looking for someone to drive our growth.
What you'll own:
✅ Building pipeline through outbound + freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
✅ Writing proposals that actually get replies
✅ Running discovery calls and turning client pain points into automation solutions
✅ Closing deals and converting one-off gigs into long-term retainers
✅ Owning your targets and keeping the CRM sharp
You're a great fit if you:
✅ Have sold IT/software/AI services before (bonus: proven track record on Upwork/Fiverr with a strong Job Success Score)
✅ Can translate tech into business outcomes — ROI, hours saved, not just features
✅ Are self-driven, consultative, and comfortable owning numbers
✅ Understand (or are eager to learn) AI agents, automation, and integrations
