Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to build strong client relationships while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound telecalling.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through lead generation activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Present and explain our products and services to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
- Understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer handling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
