🚀 WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Good Vibes Films is looking for a passionate, driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to join our team full-time in Mumbai.
We are a 360° Creative Agency & Production House working across advertising, brand films, digital content, corporate films, photoshoots, social media content, influencer marketing and creative campaigns.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with potential brands, companies, advertising agencies and marketing teams
- Generate new leads and build a strong business pipeline
- Reach out to Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Creative Heads, Agency Partners and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our creative and production team
- Pitch Good Vibes Films’ creative, advertising and production capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects
- Research brands, campaigns and businesses to identify new opportunities
- Build a strong network within the advertising, marketing and production ecosystem
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with clients and decision-makers
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, content and film production
- Proactive, ambitious and target-oriented
- Strong research and lead-generation skills
- Comfortable with regular client follow-ups and relationship building
- Ability to understand a brief and identify the right creative/production opportunity
Experience in any of the following will be a BIG PLUS:
- Advertising Agency
- Creative Agency
- Film / Production House
- Brand / Marketing Team
- Brand Manager / Marketing Manager role
- Business development or sales within the advertising, media or creative industry
