🚀 We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive / Engineer | OptoSigma India
📍 Location: Mumbai
OptoSigma India is expanding! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive / Engineer to join our growing team in Mumbai.
You don't necessarily need years of sales experience. Freshers with the right attitude and a strong interest in optics and technology are also welcome to apply.

🔹 Interest in Optics, Photonics, Lasers, Optomechanics and related technologies
🔹 Willingness to learn technical products and understand customer applications
🔹 An open mind and curiosity to explore new areas, including field sales and business development
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to interact with customers, researchers, engineers and industry professionals
🔹 Willingness to travel and meet customers across India
🔹 A proactive attitude and enthusiasm to build something new
Your role
Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
Visit universities, research institutions and industries to understand their requirements.
Learn and present OptoSigma's products and technical solutions.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
Support exhibitions, conferences and customer demonstrations.
Work closely with the OptoSigma India and international teams.
🎓 Who can apply?
Graduates/Postgraduates in Physics, Optics, Photonics, Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior experience in technical sales or business development is an advantage, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are more important.
