🚨 We're Hiring | Business Development Associate – Telesales
📍 Location: Hinjewadi phase-1, Pune | Work from Office
🕐 Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off
💼 Experience: 1+ Years in Telecalling/Telesales + Team Lead experience
DivineLane is looking for a dynamic, target-driven BDA to join our growing Sales Team!
🔥 What You'll Do:
• Convert warm inbound leads through consultative sales
• Handle premium/high-value gemstone & Rudraksha products
• Drive conversions, follow-ups & monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Mentor and support junior sales team members
🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication in Hindi & English
✔️ Prior telesales/telecalling experience
✔️ Team Lead/mentoring experience
✔️ Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
✔️ Target-oriented mindset
✔️ Marathi proficiency will be an added advantage
