Business Development Executive
Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka (In-person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: 5% on achieved targets (uncapped, separate from fixed salary)
Experience Required: 2+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be confident in building long-term client relationships, and have a strong passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable branding and marketing solutions.
● Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
● Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
● Prior experience in an Advertising, Branding, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency will be an added
advantage.
