Engroei Malts (Engroei Labs Pvt. Ltd.) is pioneering craft malting in India. We supply premium, high-quality malt to artisanal breweries, distilleries, and food innovators who care about taste, origin, and quality.
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the craft beverage and food sectors. You’ll build relationships with head brewers, master distillers, and product developers, turning leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify and pitch to craft breweries, distilleries, and specialty food producers
🔹 Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
🔹 Visit clients and build strong industry relationships
🔹 Conduct product tastings and presentations
🔹 Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
🔹 Handle the sales process from outreach and negotiation to closing and account management
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or client-facing roles
✅ F&B, Alcobev, or ingredients industry experience is a plus
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable with field travel
✅ Genuine interest in the craft beverage industry
