About the Role
A high-impact business development and client strategy role focused on acquiring clients, building strategic relationships, and driving long-term account growth.
First 1-3 months: Based out of our Bengaluru office for hands-on learning, collaboration, and alignment with leadership and delivery teams. Thereafter, the role moves to Hyderabad in a hybrid setup.
The role involves frequent in-person client meetings, close coordination with the Bengaluru team, and occasional travel to Bengaluru based on business needs.
Key Skills
Mandatory
● Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with senior stakeholders.
● Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and discovery skills.
● Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
● Proven revenue ownership and target-driven execution.
● Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and consistent activity.
● Strategic and analytical mindset with comfort using pipeline, conversion, and market data.
● Ability to mentor others and lead initiatives.
● Strong organization, attention to detail, preparation, and follow-through.
Good to Have
● Recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR services sales experience.
● B2B sales experience, especially outbound and lead generation.
● Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience required
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong negotiation and decision-making ability.
