About the Role
We are seeking an International Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in international hiring, particularly in contract-to-hire (C2H) and white-collar jobs, with a focus on non-IT sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in international recruitment.
- Strong understanding of C2H and white-collar job markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
