We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst Instructor to lead our training programs and mentor the next generation of data professionals. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical data concepts and practical business application, ensuring our learners gain the analytical rigor required to excel in the industry. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, facilitating case study discussions, and fostering a collaborative learning environment onsite in Bareilly.
Key Deliverables- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules focused on business analysis, data interpretation, and decision-making frameworks.
- Conduct hands-on workshops using Python and SQL to solve complex, real-world business problems.
- Facilitate interactive case study sessions that challenge learners to apply analytical thinking to diverse industry scenarios.
- Evaluate learner performance through structured assessments and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to update training materials based on evolving industry trends and data analysis best practices.
- Maintain a high standard of classroom engagement through clear, professional communication and effective presentation techniques.
Essential Requirements- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant professional experience in business analysis or a related data-driven role.
- Possession of an MBA degree (graduated in 2025 or before).
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in Excel for data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
- Strong spoken communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and available to join by August 15, 2026.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in corporate training, teaching, or academic instruction.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in designing curriculum or developing proprietary case study materials.
