Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will support
cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project
alignment, and driving value through process improvements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills(written and verbal).
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Participate in internal and client meetingsto understand project objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and functionalspecifications using toolslike Figma.
- Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
- Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E / MBA from a recognized university (Minimum 60% aggregate marks required)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Interest in technology, client interaction, and project coordination.
- Exposure to MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & CRM or documentation toolsis a plus.
