💼 Experience: 1–1.5 Years
We're looking for a Business Analyst with 1–1.5 years of experience in the IT domain who can effectively bridge business requirements and technical execution. If you have experience working with Agile teams, documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful software projects, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Work closely with development, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and data flow diagrams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 1–1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on web or mobile application projects.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
- Exposure to Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum certification.
