Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Conduct regular inspections of building structures, equipment, and systems.
- 🛠️ Coordinate repairs related to civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- 📅 Plan & Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- 🚨 Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution.
- 📑 Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- 🛡️ Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- 🤝 Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
- 📦 Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
- 📊 Prepare maintenance reports and updates for management.

Requirements
- 🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- ⏳ 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility supervision (4+ years of work experience in Civil Construction preferred).
- ⚡ Knowledge of civil maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building operations.
- 👥 Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- 🗣️ Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- 💻 Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
