🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales through brand and agency partnerships
- Identify and prospect potential brands and clients
- Handle pitching, negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups and reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Brand Sales / Media Sales / Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition and closing deals
- Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
- Good understanding of the influencer marketing / digital media ecosystem
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
