Role Description The Branch Manager role at Care Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan. The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with company policies, and high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, driving business growth, achieving branch targets, and implementing local marketing initiatives. The role also involves leading and mentoring the branch team, monitoring performance, providing training and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The Branch Manager is expected to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders, while regularly reporting branch performance and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide branch staff.
- Experience in sales, business development, and target achievement within financial services or insurance sectors.
- Proficiency in branch operations, process management, compliance, and basic risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills, with a focus on service quality.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with performance tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in insurance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a branch management or supervisory role is preferred, especially within health or general insurance.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software for day-to-day operations.
