🚀 Advent Global Solutions is Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter
📍 Locations: Hyderabad & Bangalore
🧑 💼 Experience: 3–6Years
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC) to clients and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from requirement gathering to placement
• Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently
• Maintain and update consultant profiles and track submissions
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong vendor network and excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
