Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection and Recovery role based in Faridabad. The position is responsible for managing debt and cash collection activities, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers and partner businesses. Daily tasks include contacting clients via phone and in person, negotiating payment plans, resolving billing and payment queries, and maintaining accurate collection records. The role also involves coordinating with internal finance and customer service teams, preparing collection reports, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The individual in this role is expected to maintain professional, respectful communication with all stakeholders and contribute to improving collection processes.
Qualifications
- Strong debt collection and cash collection skills with experience in recovery processes and payment follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of finance and billing concepts relevant to collections.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare collection reports, and use basic office and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional conduct in sensitive financial discussions.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Prior experience in logistics, banking, NBFCs, or related collection roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in commerce, finance, or business is preferred.
