As a Barista, you will beinstrumental in creating a welcoming and efficient coffee service, ensuring every cup meets our high standards of quality and taste. We are looking for candidates with 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced coffee servicesetting. This role offers flexible hours to accommodate various operational needs, and we are excited to fill 10 open positions with individuals who possess a high level of energy, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and excellent verbal communication skills.Your primary responsibilities will involve expertly operating commercial espresso machines and grinders to prepare a diverse range of coffee and non-coffee beverages, from classic espressos and lattes to specialty drinks, all while adhering to precise recipes and presentation standards. Youwill be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment, workstations, and serving areas, ensuring a hygienic and inviting space at all times. This includes regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and other tools, aswell as managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages. You will confidently handle customer transactions using digital POS systems, accurately processing payments and managing cash floats. Engaging with colleagues and visitorswill be a key part of your day, requiring you to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and resolving any service issues with a positive attitude. Your high energy and multi-taskingcapabilities will be essential as you manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
