Role Descr</strong>iption The B2C Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving user and attorney engagement on ImmigrationQuestion.com. In this position, you will proactively reach out to individuals seeking immigration information, explain platform benefits, and guide them through account creation and service use. You will also identify and contact immigration attorneys, present partnership opportunities such as the Immigration Hero Show, and support them in onboarding to the platform. Daily tasks include managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting virtual calls and demos, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, provide feedback from customers and attorneys, and help improve the overall user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Strong B2C sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing.
- Experience with online platforms or SaaS products, including virtual demos, user onboarding, and basic CRM usage.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal presentation, active listening, and professional written communication.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on empathy, trust, and long-term engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Comfort working with legal-service or professional-service audiences; experience in immigration or legal services is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (funnels, conversion, follow-up campaigns) is beneficial.
- High level of integrity, respect for compliance and disclaimers, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, communications, or a related field.
