About Highvance
Highvance builds AI voice agents and automation solutions for businesses across EdTech, real estate, ecommerce, and financial services, helping clients handle calls, leads, and follow-ups at a fraction of the cost of a human team.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle end to end: discovery → demo → objection handling → negotiation → close
- Run discovery calls that surface the real cost of a client's current problem (missed calls, slow lead response, manual follow-up)
- Translate our product into the client's own ROI math, not a feature list
- Defend premium pricing against cheaper competitors without immediately discounting
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM
- Work with founders on pricing exceptions and custom quotes for larger deals
Must-haves
- Proven B2B closing experience — has personally closed deals, not just generated/passed on leads
- Comfortable speaking with founders, directors, CXOs, management
- Strong discovery and questioning skills
- Can conduct a product demo
- Excellent objection handling
- Can negotiate pricing without immediately giving discounts — experience defending premium pricing against cheaper competitors
- Comfortable selling a somewhat technical, usage-based/consumption-priced product (not flat-fee SaaS)
- Strong spoken English
- CRM discipline
- Can follow up relentlessly without becoming annoying
- Can show actual numbers from previous jobs (deal size, cycle length, close rate)
