About QYUBIC
QYUBIC is a performance-led digital commerce and partnerships company helping brands across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC and wider MENA drive customer acquisition, sales and measurable growth.
Our solutions include Creator Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Coupons & Savings, Rewards, CaaS and Performance Marketing.
QYUBIC X (QX) is our creator performance business, helping brands build measurable creator partnerships through sourcing, recruitment, management, tracking and optimisation.
The Role
We're looking for a commercial B2B sales hunter to grow QYUBIC X across GCC/MENA.
Your core responsibility is to find, pitch, negotiate and close new influencer/creator partnerships with brands and agencies.
You will primarily sell:
- QX Performance
- QX Pure Barter
You will own the sales cycle:
Prospecting → Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing → Activation → Expansion
This is a new-business sales role — not a creator-management or campaign-execution role.
What You'll Do
- Build a qualified pipeline of brands across GCC/MENA.
- Identify decision-makers across marketing, growth, ecommerce and partnerships.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, referrals and networking.
- Conduct discovery and identify commercial opportunities.
- Pitch tailored QX creator solutions.
- Build proposals and negotiate commercials.
- Personally source, pitch and close new partnerships.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline and forecasts.
- Work with Account Management/Operations on activation and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for recurring campaigns and increased revenue.
Must Have
- 3+ years B2B sales, business development or partnerships experience.
- 2+ years of direct commercial sales experience selling influencer/creator partnerships or services.
- Proven experience personally sourcing, pitching, negotiating and closing creator/influencer partnerships.
- Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to signed agreement.
- Strong understanding of creator marketing for awareness, acquisition and sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling to brands, agencies or marketing decision-makers.
- Excellent English communication.
- GCC/MENA sales experience strongly preferred.
Strong Advantage
Experience with:
Performance Influencer Marketing | Affiliate/CPS | CPA/CPI | CaaS | Coupons | Rewards | Tracking & Attribution | Recurring/Performance Commercial Models
This Role Is NOT For
Candidates whose experience is primarily:
- Creator/campaign management

We are looking for someone who can sell influencer and creator partnerships — not simply manage them. How Success Is Measured
New Partnerships | Qualified Pipeline | Revenue | Recurring Revenue | Activation | Expansion | Conversion | Sales-Cycle Progression
You will be expected to build pipeline from zero and own commercial outcomes.
Why QYUBIC?
- Help build and scale QYUBIC X across GCC/MENA.
- Sell creator performance solutions to regional and international brands.
- Work directly with the Head of Partnerships.
- Build relationships across ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, travel, food, fintech and more.
- Work across multiple performance-led commercial models.
- Own opportunities from first conversation to revenue and expansion.
