Job details:
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in the industrial sector to help us open doors to new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who understands industrial sales, knows how to speak with decision-makers, and is comfortable making the first approach to companies and building relationships from scratch.
Your main responsibility will be to identify potential industrial customers, make the first contact by phone or online, reach the right decision-makers and arrange qualified meetings for our sales team.
This is not a traditional telemarketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how B2B sales works and can have a meaningful business conversation with managers, engineers, procurement teams and company decision-makers.
What will you do?
- Identify and research potential industrial customers.
- Contact companies by phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Reach relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Introduce our company and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and understand the customer's needs.
- Arrange meetings between potential customers and our sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and keep CRM records up to date.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop new business opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Experience selling industrial products, equipment, technologies or services.
- Existing understanding of how industrial companies and purchasing processes work.
- Confidence when speaking with senior managers and decision-makers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, persistent and target-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn is an advantage.
Experience in industrial sales is much more important to us than experience in traditional call-centre or telemarketing roles.
What we offer
- Fully remote position based in India.
- Opportunity to work with an international B2B sales team.
- Competitive salary + performance-based commission.
- Clear sales targets and measurable results.
- Support and onboarding from our team.
- Opportunity to develop into a broader international sales role.
- Long-term cooperation with a growing company.
