Demonstrating the Scooter. Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc Closing and Followup. KPIs Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer CX rating Requirements Qualification – 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma Experience: Min. 1 Yrs in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred Knows driving 2 wheeler Must have Driving License Good communication skills Benefits MAXIMUM SALARY : 2.76 LPA CTC
