Role Description The Audit Senior – Audit – Neemrana Industrial Area will lead and execute statutory and internal audit engagements for clients operating in and around the Neemrana region. This full-time, on-site role involves planning audit procedures, reviewing financial records, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate laws. The Audit Senior will prepare detailed working papers, draft audit reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. The role includes supervising and guiding junior team members, coordinating with client finance teams, and supporting advisory assignments related to risk management and process improvements. The position is based at the Neemrana Industrial Area and requires regular interaction with manufacturing and industrial clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles (Ind AS/GAAP), and internal control frameworks.
- Experience in statutory, tax, and internal audits for industrial or manufacturing entities, preferably within an industrial area setup.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, identify risks, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with audit tools, MS Excel, and common accounting/ERP software used in corporate environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client interaction.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor junior team members, manage timelines, and handle multiple engagements.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and compliance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred; candidates pursuing final levels of professional certification may also be considered.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or audit practice, with exposure to cross-border or multi-jurisdictional clients, is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Neemrana Industrial Area and collaborate with clients in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
