🚀 We’re Hiring: Audit Manager – India Tax & Compliance
Financial Crest is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead and strengthen our India Tax, Audit & Compliance practice.
This is a key managerial role for someone who can independently handle complex assignments, manage teams, review deliverables, interact with clients, and ensure high standards of technical and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and review Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits
• Handle and supervise Income Tax assessments, notices and compliance matters
• Review GST returns, reconciliations, notices, audits and advisory matters
• Oversee TDS, ROC and Companies Act compliances
• Manage year-end financial statement review and audit finalisation
• Review client books, reconciliations, schedules and supporting documentation
• Guide and review work performed by accountants and audit team members
• Coordinate directly with clients, management teams and regulatory authorities where required
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Identify compliance gaps, tax risks and opportunities for process improvement
• Support the leadership team in developing and scaling the India compliance practice
What We’re Looking For
• CA / CA Inter / CMA / other relevant professional qualification
• Strong practical experience in Indian taxation, audit, GST and corporate compliance
• Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience, including team-handling responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS and Companies Act requirements
• Ability to independently review and close assignments
• Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience managing and mentoring a team will be highly preferred
