We are hiring Tax Analyst to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation and review of US federal and state corporate income tax returns and related schedules.
- Prepare and maintain detailed tax workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and reporting.
- Perform tax account reconciliations and investigate variances between book and tax balances.
- Assist with IRS and state tax notices.
- Support tax audits and other compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
- Complete assigned tax work within required deadlines.
QUALIFICATION
- :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in US taxation or accounting is preferred.
- Experience with Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065 or related US tax forms.
- Experience with Drake , Ultratax, GoSystem, CCH or similar tax software.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and corporate accounting.
- 3-6 years of experience.
